TITLE: 18 - Safe to Jump
YEAR: 2002
SIZE: 10-1/2" X 14"
DESCRIPTION: Copperplate engraving.

The child is afraid to jump, having learnt already fear by her tender age of 7 or 8. The baby the Seeress holds is pure and can still see all and has no fear, and points at the Unicorn.

Six pictures are included in "The Seeress" series of engravings, with rhyming poetry, intended for a limited edition book to be published soon. The saving grace of a woman is echoed in the Seeress, the yin counterpart to a male prophet.
